GERDp Dam reaches the crest elevation in correspondence of the abutments
GERDp Dam has reached the crest elevation in correspondence of the right and the left abutment. The dam, currently under construction, has a maximum height of 175 meters, a crest length of 1780 meters, a global RCC volume of 10.2 Mm3 and it serves a 6.400 MW Power Plant.
Koysha Dam, on-going the stability analyses of the dam
Studio Masciotta is involved in the stability analyses of Level 1 Design of the Koysha Dam, Ethiopia. The dam is built by Salini-Impregilo SpA, the design is by Studio Pietrangeli Srl. The dam will have a maximum height of 178.5 meters, a total RCC volume of 7.000.000 cubic meters, a crest length of 990 meters and an installed capacity of 2.160 MW.
